International Journal of Coaching and Organizational Development

The International Journal of Coaching and Organizational Development (IJCOD) focuses on research regarding coaching methodologies and organizational change processes. The journal follows an open access model: Authors pay a small fee for publication (article processing charge), while readers worldwide enjoy unrestricted open access to all content. The IJCOD is indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Each article is registered with Crossref and assigned a DOI for permanent identification.
