The Role of Moderator Business Incubation Programs and Mediation Innovation Capability on the performance of Women Entrepreneurs

This study aims to analyze the role of business incubation programs as moderators and innovation capability as a mediator on the performance of women entrepreneurs in Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. The research conducted aims to evaluate how the function of business incubation programs can influence the relationship between innovation ability and performance of women entrepreneurs. Utilizing questionnaire data from 129 female entrepreneurs who took part in the Business Incubation program in Indonesia's Riau Islands Province, this study used a quantitative methodology. The PLS (Partial Least Square) software is used for data processing. The findings indicate that, although digital competence does not positively affect innovation capability, both innovation mindsets do have a positive effect. Additionally, it was found that women's entrepreneurial performance is influenced positively and significantly by innovation capability. Furthermore, the research findings indicate that there is a relationship between innovation capability and women's entrepreneurial performance. However, digital competency did not affect innovation capability. According to the findings of the study, business incubation programs are a significant predictor of women's entrepreneurial success.Downloads
