This study investigates the integrated effects of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Knowledge Management (KM) on Supply Chain Learning (SCL) within the context of emerging economies, with a focus on Nigeria. Employing structural equation modeling (SEM), the research validates the reliability and distinctiveness of TQM and KM constructs and demonstrates their significant positive impacts on SCL. Importantly, the findings reveal a complementary synergy between TQM and KM practices, indicating that their combined application enhances supply chain learning outcomes more effectively than when implemented independently. The study contributes to the resource-based view by empirically supporting the strategic bundling of quality and knowledge resources as critical drivers of adaptive learning and operational resilience. Policy and managerial implications are discussed, highlighting the importance of integrated management frameworks to improve supply chain responsiveness and innovation. Future research avenues include longitudinal analyses, digital transformation influences, and sector-specific investigations.
