This study examines how financial and human capital drivers effect the entrepreneurial success of women in Ghana, with government policies and business advisory services acting as moderating institutional factors. Using a quantitative, explanatory cross-sectional design, data were collected from 385 women entrepreneurs through structured questionnaires and analysed using descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling. The findings show that loan accessibility and flexibility significantly enhance entrepreneurial success, highlighting the importance of financial access for business growth. Training and education, work experience, and managerial skills also positively impact performance. Government policies significantly strengthen the effect of loan accessibility, but do not meaningfully moderate the impact of training and education. The study recommends integrated financial and human capital interventions and calls for future longitudinal and cross-country research.
