About Us
Wohllebe & Ross is an open-access academic publisher founded in Hamburg in 2020. We publish peer-reviewed research across several international journals, covering topics such as business management, data analytics, digital health, and sustainability. Our mission: making science freely accessible worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Production of video-based educational content on writing, submitting, and disseminating academic work
- AI-assisted creation of content (texts, videos, infographics, etc.) across various formats, including content based on published academic papers
- Journal management incl. supporting submission and peer-review processes
- Documentation of existing workflows
Your Profile
- Degree program in marketing, e-commerce, digitalization, content, or media (at least 5 semesters completed)
- Interest in video production, content marketing, and generative AI
- Independent and structured way of working
What We Offer
- Location: remote; Hamburg / Itzehoe / Wedel
- Flexible working hours and location
- Compensation: 400 euros per month
- Duration: 12 weeks

- Setup and development of our CRM infrastructure
- Implementation of marketing automation and email marketing workflows using Brevo
- Outreach to authors, editors, and journal board members as part of targeted email marketing campaigns
- Building partnerships with universities and academic institutions to expand open-access publishing
Your Profile
- Degree program in marketing, e-commerce, digitalization, content, or media (at least 5 semesters completed)
- Interest in CRM, email marketing, and business development
- Independent and structured way of working
